About Attorney John M. Lane

Attorney John M. Lane’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, and elder law. John takes pride in getting to know his clients and understanding their specific estate planning goals and needs. He strives to provide the most effective and efficient solutions for each client.

John is a 2003 graduate of Baylor Law School. After law school, he worked over a decade at Provost Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont as a litigation attorney. John opened his Austin area law practice after relocating to the area with his family in 2013.

John centers his life around faith, family and community. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and tennis with his sons, and working in his organic vegetable garden. He is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and also volunteers his time coaching young athletes in the community.
